Patrons of Exceptional Artists was established in 1997 as a 501 (c)(3) publicly supported foundation, dedicated to the career development of future "great performing artists". This unique non-profit organization brings together patrons and performing artists who share a commitment to preserving and enhancing the classical performing arts.

Patrons of Exceptional Artists makes easier the often-daunting effort of connecting "genius" artists with patrons who share mutual interests and artistic vision. Providing artistic resources to enable its patron-members to identify truly gifted performing artists on the brink of major career-launches in the classical arts, Patrons of Exceptional Artists ensures that patron-aid is applied in a meaningful and appropriate way. Conversely, Patrons of Exceptional Arts eliminates the challenges most exceptional artists face securing the assistance of sincere patrons. While funding is commonly available for young artists for educational purposes, little to no aid is readily available for the artist who is ready to launch a career.

In addition to its commitment to identifying and match up exceptional artists with serious, motivated patrons, the Foundation also provides its Exceptional Artists with a dynamic process for formulating and implementing career-building strategies. These strategies facilitate the artist's progression from an undiscovered talent to a renowned international performer.
