Pianist Adam Neiman won the 1996 Young Concert Artists International Auditions when he was just seventeen. He was also awarded the Bruce Hungerford Memorial Prize, the Mortimer Levitt Piano Chair of YCA, and the Maurice M. Clairmont Piano Prize. The young Concert Artists Series presented Mr. Neiman's recital debuts at New York's 92nd Street Y and Washington's Kennedy Center, as well as his concerto debut with the New York Chamber Symphony in Alice Tully Hall. In 1999, Adam Neiman was awarded both an Avery Fisher Career Grant and the Michaels Award of Young Concert Artists.

In September, 1999, Mr. Neiman was featured on a week of broadcasts as Young Artist-in-Residence on National Public Radio's "Performance Today".

His busy concert Schedule this season includes a solo recital at Alice Tully Hall, concerto appearances with the Saint Louis Symphony, the Albany (GA) Symphony, the Norwalk (CT) Symphony, the Jupiter Symphony in New York, the San Juan (NM) Symphony, the Fort Smith (AR) Symphony, the West Shore (MI) Symphony and the Chamber Orchestra of Albuquerque, and recitals at the University of Nebraska in Omaha, Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Weber State University in Ogden, UT, the Madison Civic Center, the A Center for the Arts in Fergus Falls, MN, Southwest Texas State University, Rockefeller University in New York, and for UC Davis presents, the classical Concert Series in Pinehurts,NC, the Rockville Centre (NY) guild for the Arts and the Buffalo (NY) Chamber Music Society.

Mr. Neiman has been engaged to give four performances of the Grieg Concerto as soloist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in 2001.
